We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
We ship orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday via Canada Post. If your order misses the cut-off (around 1:30pm) it will be shipped on the next ‘shipping’ day. Customers in the US will receive their orders via United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address supplied when the order is shipped..
If you need your order rushed, just email or call us. We will do our best to get it out the same day. We ship Canada Post expedited and delivery times are normally within 3-4 business days within Canada and 5-7 business days to the USA. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address provided with your order. For shipments to the USA, you will find more detailed information on your package once it crosses the border on the USPS site than you will find on the Canada Post site.
Your order may be subject to duties and taxes by the destination country. As the recipient of this order you are responsible for the payment of any duties or taxes.
You can return any* frames that do not work for you that have been purchased in the last 90 days for a refund, credit, or exchange providing the merchandise is in new condition and has not been worn. Once we receive them back we will process a refund based on your payment method.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. For returns from the USA, please send via USPS and clearly indicate on the customs form that the product is being returned (or for exchange) to avoid duty and brokerage charges.
If you wish to exchange the frames for another style, just let us know and we will send you the exchanged pair as soon as we get back the first ones. We will let you know if there is any balance owing or due.
